Giant Steps Illinois Announces Support for Navistar Lisle HQ

Giant Steps Illinois, Inc. has informed Navistar that it now endorses plans for the company to move its World Headquarters to the Lucent campus in Lisle, Ill. “We have carefully reviewed Navistar’s revised proposal and found that it is just as Navistar’s top executives promised it would be when we met with them earlier this year,” said Christine Thornton Wiener, Giant Steps board chair. “They have struck a great balance between our students’ needs and their business interests in putting together their plan for a world headquarters office and research and development campus. We very much look forward to having them as a neighbor.”
